Policy Statement

The Quality Policy of Marflo Marine Limited is to deliver world-class projects, which consistently meet the clients' requirements and expectations. The fundamental principle of the quality system is to deliver total solutions to the Oil and Gas industry using unparalleled human resources and cutting-edge technology.

The aim of the company is to be the leading provider of Marine Support Services to the Oil and Gas industry in Africa.

Core Methodologies

The quality policy is supported by the implementation of the following core methodologies:

  1. Quality Management System: The Management will devise and provide a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that ensures consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  2. Right First Time: QUALITY will be achieved by making and meeting commitments, doing the job right the first time and excelling through planning and teamwork.
  3. Continual Improvement: QUALITY will be maintained by continual improvement with best-known methods and practices.
  4. Respect for Team Members: QUALITY will also be maintained by respecting team members and making Marflo Marine a great place to work.
  5. Shared Responsibility: QUALITY will be the responsibility of all employees at every level of the organization.

Management Commitment

To put the above methodologies into practice, the Management of Marflo Marine Limited will adequately:

  • Maintain a Quality Manual - That describes the overall Quality Management System which meets the requirements of the International Standard MS ISO 9001:2015 and includes the Quality Policy and Objectives.
  • Documented Processes - Maintain a set of documented processes and procedures that describe the general operating practices of the Company. These will be modified where required to suit the organization of Marflo Marine.
  • Working Procedures - Maintain a further set of documents that describe the working processes of Marflo Marine.
  • System Distribution - Document and distribute Company Quality Management System to all relevant personnel and stakeholders.
  • Continual Improvement - Strive for continual improvements in the Quality Management System through regular reviews and updates.
  • Supplier Compliance - Encourage Suppliers and subcontractors to comply with the Quality Management System and maintain equivalent quality standards.

This Quality Policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers, and relevant interested parties. It is reviewed regularly for continuing suitability and displayed prominently throughout the organization to ensure awareness and understanding at all levels.

All employees are expected to familiarize themselves with this policy and contribute to its implementation in their daily work activities.
